For the love of Philly!

We launched on January 16, 2011. This year we are celebrating five years of blogging about our passion for Philadelphia sports! But certainly a lifetime of devotion to THE greatest sports city, and city for that matter, in the world. As brothers we grew up on Michael Jack, Reggie, Jimmy, AI, Lindros, Hexy, Randall, and Five.

My earliest Philadelphia sports memories are engrained with the voice of the late great Harry Kalas "Michael Jack Schmidt!"

I cried  when Joe Carter blasted that home run off of Mitchie Poo in the 1993 World Series and when Jerome Brown died.

I was once asked at a Phillies game by a little old lady (a Boston fan) if I was an "angry Phillies fan," because if so she would switch seats with her husband.

We created this site out of a love for a city and our teams. To bring you Philadelphia sports from the phans point of view. We are passionate about Philly sports, stats, debating who's better Andrew Luck or Russell Wilson, and writing, so naturally it works well. Check us out, tell a friend, retweet a blog. Thanks for taking a look around!
